Kamala Harris Says No to ‘Religious Exemptions’ in National Abortion Law if Elected
“Vice President Kamala Harris has said she opposes any concessions on a national abortion law if elected president, rejecting any proposal that would include possible religious exemptions. In an interview with NBC News’ Hallie Jackson on Tuesday, the Democrat presidential hopeful was asked about her plan to pass a federal law legalizing elective abortion nationwide.” read more at The Christian Post
THINK.
- When Harris was asked if she would be willing to allow religious exemptions on an abortion bill, she replied, “I don’t think we should be making concessions when we’re talking about a fundamental freedom to make decisions about your own body.” It appears that Harris believes Christian hospitals, doctors, and nurses should be forced to murder unborn children. Depending on the legislation, Christian employers may also be forced to provide healthcare coverage for abortions.
- In a piece entitled, "This is how religious liberty dies", Albert Mohler pointed out that in Harris’ view, “Religious liberty, which is among the fundamental rights explicitly recognized in the Bill of Rights and is the foundation of all other rights, is rejected in favor of abortion rights, which are invented rights without a historic foundation.”
- How would this upside-down view of freedom change our country? It would, as Mohler put it, “turn America into an abortion state.” Because Harris—and many House and Senate candidates—believe killing unborn children is a fundamental right, they will seek to pass legislation overruling state pro-life laws (as they attempted in 2021). If they fully achieve their desires, abortion will be the law of the land, many more unborn babies will die, and Christian taxpayers will be forced to pay for it.
PRAY.
Heavenly Father, You love the little children, whom You have created for Your glory. Let Your church unite to defend and rescue these innocent children. Give us unwavering boldness and self-sacrificial love as we pray, act, and vote for righteousness and goodness as Your representatives. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Trump Win Would Cement SCOTUS Conservative Majority 'Until 2050': Attorney
“If Donald Trump wins the presidential election, he will create a conservative Supreme Court until at least 2050, a legal analyst has said. Writing in his Cafe.com legal blog, lawyer and legal analyst Elie Honig analyzed the Supreme Court judges' age and likely length of time remaining on the bench. ‘If Donald Trump wins, watch for the Court's current six-to-three conservative majority to become so deeply entrenched that it'll surely survive for the next generation or two,’ he said.” Read more at Newsweek.
THINK.
- The two oldest Supreme Court justices—Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito—are both in their mid-70s. At the end of a second Trump term, Justice Thomas would be 80 years old, and Justice Alito would be 78. Given that both justices adhere to a particularly conservative jurisprudence, it would not be surprising if they both chose to retire with President Trump in office, thus ushering in a Conservative majority in the court that would last well into the next generation’s lifetime.
- On the flip side, if both justices step down during a Harris-Walz Administration—opening the door for Harris to appoint two new justices—the liberal justices would have a 5-4 majority in the court. This could have significant consequences for religious liberty, the sanctity of life, and much more.
- This story is a reminder that how we vote in this election will have immense consequences for the future of America. That’s why we must vote for biblical values and restore America’s Judeo-Christian roots. When we vote biblically, life is protected, the American dream is attainable, the traditional family is supported, and our religious liberty is secured.
PRAY.
Lord, we pray that every Christian in America would recognize the impact their vote could have on the next several years of American history. And we pray that all would vote in accordance with biblical values and principles. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
ACT.
We invite you to join us for a special Election Eve Prayer Event on November 4th, with special guests Pastor Rob McCoy and Lt. Col. Allen West. Together we will pray for biblical values to be upheld and for the integrity of the election process at every level of government. And most of all, we’ll pray for Christians to bring their faith to the polls! Secure your spot today here.
Battle Over Abortion Access Stretches to State Supreme Court Races
As abortion continues to be a focal point of Democrats' campaigns for Congress and Vice President Kamala Harris' bid for the White House, the issue has also taken on a prominent role in state supreme court races as judges are tasked with determining access. Voters in at least 30 states will decide who will fill 69 state supreme court seats in judicial elections, with the ideological balances of two high courts — in Michigan and Ohio — at stake.” read more at CBS News
THINK.
- Why should Christians care about state supreme courts—and other elected judges? Today, we see everything that has to do with life and godliness being arbitrated through the court systems. Over 95% of all cases are filed in state courts (at various levels), and these judges interpret state and federal laws. Very few of those cases can be appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court, so it’s important to elect state judges who rule justly according to the law. You can learn how with our resource on the justice systems.
- State laws are also on the ballot. Voters in ten states will decide whether to enshrine a right to abortion in their constitutions this November. State judges will have to rule according to these constitutions, even if they believe abortion is a grave injustice. In Ohio last week, a county judge struck down parts of the heartbeat law passed in 2019. Why? Because in 2022, a majority of voters chose to enshrine abortion into their state constitution, nullifying that pro-life law. When abortion is added to a state constitution, it is much harder to repeal.
- With biblical principles at stake all the way down the ballot, Christians cannot stay home. Nor can we focus on the presidential election and forget to vote in down-ballot races. Governor, legislators, school board, judges, and constitutional amendments may be on your ballot. If the church stays home, who will stand for the unborn, for our children’s innocence, and for our freedom to live godly lives?
PRAY.
Pray that the church will turn out to vote in overwhelming numbers with conviction and godly principles. Pray that the results will be counted accurately, and that peace would prevail in our cities. Thank the Lord for the blessing of voting for our leaders.

2024 Was 2nd Worst Year for Illegal Immigration in U.S. History: Biden-Harris Report
“Newly released statistics from the Biden-Harris administration show that Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris has presided over the four worst years for illegal immigration in U.S. history. Last year, fiscal year 2024, had the second-highest number of illegal border crossings, according to the data.” Read more at The Washington Stand.
THINK.
- During Fiscal Year 2024—which ended this September—there were over 2.9 million illegal border crossings, not including “got aways” who evaded border patrol. This is second to the all-time historic record that was set in Fiscal Year 2023, in which we had over 3.2 million illegal crossings.
- One of the most devastating consequences of mass illegal immigration is the horrific uptick in human trafficking. Back in February, the House Judiciary Committee released a report estimating that cartels in the Del Rio region have been making approximately $32 million per week in human trafficking.
- When considering the immigration issue, it’s important to remember that the government and the Church play distinct roles in addressing immigration. The government’s main duty is to maintain national security, enforce laws, and manage borders; the Church’s duty is to show care and compassion to those in need…and to vote for our governing authorities. Both are valuable commissions and when the government and the Church do their duties, the American people AND the immigrants wanting to enter our country are protected.
PRAY.
Pray for the men, women, and children who have been directly impacted by the massive increase in illegal immigration. Pray that the American people would elect leaders who will take the safety of Americans seriously and secure our nation’s borders.
